Casa Carolina Properties is a newly formed, vibrant Property Consultancy with over 35 years experience in Spain, ­ this may seem a contradiction but please read on.

Casa Carolina Properties has been formed by Sister and Brother -Carolina and Mario Betes- both English born and raised, but with English Mother and Spanish Father. Carolina has lived and worked in Spain for over 20 years and Mario for over 15.


Carolina is the driving force behind Casa Carolina Interiors, based in Bellaluz, La Manga Club this has been one of the premier interior design companies on La Manga Club for over 5 years helping individuals to turn their new houses in homes and also working with Hyatt at La Manga Club, helping with design aspects of the Hotel Regency and Las Lomas Apartments.

Mario, before moving to Spain, worked in the retail banking sector and for many years has run a successful catering business on the Club. Both Carolina, Mario and all our other staff are bi-lingual, with vast experience of La Manga Club and its surrounding area.
